DESTINATION AND COSTS
We ship within Denmark, Europe and the UK.
Delivery options and shipping costs depend on the items selected and destination of your chosen goods. As you enter the delivery address at checkout, all delivery options are available for you and the shipping price will be displayed.
For international delivery outside of Europe, please request a quote as prices vary by writing to us at customerservice@green-collective.com, and we will get back to you shortly with a shipping quote.
DELIVERY TIME AND ORDER TRACKING
We and our partners do our best to ensure a fast and safe delivery of your goods.
After placing an order, you will receive an email from us containing all the details of your purchase. Once your order is approved, the relevant Green-Collective.com partner will aim to dispatch it within 2 business days.
You will then receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow its progress. Depending on your location and the shipping service selected, delivery will normally take 2-6 business days from dispatch and arrive on weekdays.
Please note that if you order from multiple Green-Collective.com partners your items will arrive separately.
Shipping times shown at check-out should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch from our Green-Collective.com partners. Green-Collective.com cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approval, though we will try to minimize any potential delays. Please note, this can take longer during sale or holiday periods.
As for our ´made to order´ items – made just for you, many hours are spent on crafting the item and sourcing the materials. Therefore, it can take several weeks to completed and delivered – but it is worth the wait, and we will make sure to keep you updated in the process.
SHIPPING PARTNERS
For regular sized parcels, we ship with our logistics partner PostNord. If your delivery address is outside of Denmark, your order might arrive with a local parcel service.
Larger items are delivered by freight forwarder specialised in furniture, and are delivered at the curbside with 1 man. Unfortunately, we cannot offer the services of carrying in, assembly and / or package handling.
CLIMATE COMPENSATED SHIPPING
Within Denmark, we send your “Parcel with care” and compensate the CO₂ emissions of your shipment. Producing, sorting and transporting parcels use resources and emits CO₂ – negatively affecting the environment. Our logistics partner, PostNord, has calculated the impact of each parcel on the environment and the price to compensate its CO₂ emissions. While you as a customer pay the shipping, Green Collective covers its compensation. The money supports a local project in Denmark, created in collaboration with the Danish Nature Fund, on nature restoration in Hals Mose, Aalborg.
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and Mobilepay.
If you prefer, you can choose to pay with PayPal. When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to complete your purchase before returning to Green-Collective.com.
All payments will be charged in DKK, EUR, USD or GBP and converted with the current exchange rate at the time of processing.
Payment will be deducted from your card at the time the order has been confirmed by our Green-Collective.com partner.
If your card issuer is based in the EU, you may be asked to verify your payment due to a new requirement under the second Payment Services Directive (PSD2). You’ll be directed to a dedicated page to enter further information or asked to authorize the payment. Once completed, you’ll return to Green-Collective.com. If we need further information to verify your purchase, we will contact you before processing the payment.
RETURNS
Not what you expected? We offer a full refund for any returns which meet our returns policy (see below) except for ‘made to order’ items.
If you wish to return an item, please contact customerservice@green-collective.com with your name, address and order number. We will provide you with a return shipping label at your cost.
Once your return has been received, authenticated and accepted by our Green-Collective.com partner, we will process a full refund. Initial shipping costs will not be refunded.
Refunds will be completed via the original payment method. The funds may take up to 10 business working days to be credited back into your account from the time the good has been accepted by our Green-Collective.com partner.
CANCELLATIONS
Depending on where you live, you can choose to cancel your order under the CCRs (Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013). If you choose this option, we will process a full refund for any returned item that meets our Returns Policy. Please keep in mind initial shipping costs will not be refunded. If you wish to cancel the order, please contact customerservice@green-collective.com with your name, address and order number as soon as possible.
RETURNS POLICY
If you wish to return an item please contact customerservice@green-collective.com with your name, address and order number as soon as possible. We recommend you contact us no later than 7 days after delivery. Your returned item must be received by our Green-Collective.com partner no later than 14 days after your delivery date. Returns outside this window may be accepted at our discretion.

Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
CLAIMS
Green-Collective.com carefully curates their partners based on a high level of quality and passion for their products. However, if you find that your item is incomplete or faulty in any way, please do contact us at customerservice@green-collective.com with your name, address and order number as soon as possible, and we will arrange a repair or a replacement.

The data we collect about you will be used for various purposes in connection with your customer relationship and the operation of our company. Failure to provide personal data on your part may mean that we will be unable to fulfil our obligations in connection with your agreement with us and the cooperating retailers, e.g. by not being able to enter into and perform a purchase agreement.

We may disclose and/or make your personal data available to suppliers and/or service providers in connection with the normal operation of our company, e.g. in connection with external administration of our IT systems, marketing assignments, debt collection, auditing, legal assistance, etc.
We may transfer data to recipients in countries outside the EU. Such transfers (and the legal basis for such transfers) will take place in accordance with the EU Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
6. DATA INTEGRITY, DATA SECURITY AND ERASURE OF DATA
Personal data is not stored longer than necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, unless the storage is necessary to meet national legal requirements, including statutory storage periods in connection with bookkeeping, etc.
It is our policy to protect personal data by taking adequate technical and organizational security measures. When your personal data is no longer needed, we will ensure that it is securely erased.
This means that your personal data will in principle be erased 3 years after the completion of your purchase. In certain cases, we may store the data for a longer period if we have a legitimate interest in it, for example, if legal proceedings are pending, or the like.
If you have given your consent to receive marketing material, we will process your data for as long as there is active consent and for 2 years after this has been withdrawn (unless we keep your data longer as a result of a purchase – see above).

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have a number of rights that you can assert against us. You should be aware that we will not always be obliged to fulfil these rights in whole or in part.

USE
These terms and conditions for sale and delivery apply to any purchase of a product (hereinafter referred to as “order” or “the order”) in the web shop www.green-collective.com, unless otherwise agreed between the parties in writing.
www.green-collective.com is owned by Green-Collective Aps but is offered and administered as a marketplace on behalf of a range of independent retailers who market their products via the web shop.
Green-Collective Aps (www.green-collective.com) acts only as an intermediary, not as a vendor. Any order made on the website is thus an expression of a purchase agreement entered into between the buyer and the retailer offering the products for sale in the web shop. No agreement will be entered into between the buyer and Green-Collective Aps.
It is the retailer that is the buyer’s contracting counterpart and it is they who are responsible for the fulfilment of the agreement. All order confirmations will contain information about the retailer (contracting party).
The products in the web shop do not constitute an offer but a call to make an offer. A binding agreement is considered to have been entered into only once you have received an order confirmation.
PAYMENT
www.green-collective.com lets you pay using MobilePay, Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, ApplePay or bank transfer.
No fee will be charged for payment using a credit card.
In order to shop, you need to be 18 years old and hold a valid form of payment. You may nevertheless place an order even if you are not yet 18 provided that you have obtained your guardian’s permission, or that you are otherwise legally entitled to make the purchase. You are responsible for verifying that you are able to use the web shop.
Payment will be taken from your account once the order is shipped. Once the order has been shipped you will receive an order confirmation.
All figures will be given in DKK, EUR, USD, GBP and inclusive of VAT except for countries outside of the EU for instance for the UK, Norway and Switzerland. Countries outside of the EU will pay for customs and VAT registration separately. They will receive a receipt from our shipping partner shortly after the item has arrived on their location.
If it is not possible to take payment from your card, Green-Collective Aps shall have the right to withhold the order, without warning, until payment has been taken successfully.
You do not have the right to withhold part of the purchase sum as security for the fulfilment of any counterclaims concerning other deliveries not covered by the same order.
PRICING & AVAILABILITY
We strive to ensure correct and accurate information in the web shop at all times. This applies to both stock status and pricing. If we become aware that an order contains a price error, we will notify you as soon as possible on behalf of the retailer and give you the option of either confirming the order at the correct price or cancelling the order. If we are unable to get in contact with you, our retailer has instructed us to cancel your order on their behalf.
DELIVERY
Our partners strive to ship orders as soon as the order is confirmed.
Your order will be delivered in 1-2 working days from dispatch following a receipt of your order confirmation and shipment details except for special items.
We ship to all of Europe incl. UK, Norway and Switzerland. For shipment outside of Europe please contact us directly for a quote.
Your order will be shipped using a standard parcel delivery operator such as UPS, GLS or PostNord depending on the item. We use special transport options for furniture shipment.
The delivery fee will depend on the delivery method and will always be specified in your shopping basket before you place the order.
Your order will be delivered to the address specified at the point of order unless otherwise agreed.
If delivery is to be made to a parcel collection point and this collection point does not have the capacity to receive it, your parcel will be delivered to the nearest available collection point and you will be notified of this.
Special delivery terms apply to certain products for instance large furniture. These terms will be specified prior to purchase of the products in question.
WARRANTY
NOTE: Since Green-Collective Aps is not a contracting party, any warranty returns shall be made through the relevant product retailer. You can either contact the retailer specified in your order confirmation directly or have us facilitate contact with the retailer.
You must check the entire order for any manufacturing defects and/or transport damages as soon as you receive it.
In the unlikely event that you should discover any manufacturing defects or transport damage, you must immediately contact the retailer or Green-Collective Aps by sending an e-mail to customerservice@green-collective.com
If the packaging is damaged on delivery, you must open the parcel to check that the contents are intact. Take pictures of the packaging and the product (keep the packaging) and e-mail these to Green-Collective Aps or the retailer along with additional information so that we can help you.
In accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act, the warranty period is two (2) years. The warranty applies to the retailer that delivered your order.
Note that any warranty issues are a matter between yourself (the buyer) and the retailer. Contact via or through the intermediation of Green-Collective Aps does not entail any liability on the part of Green-Collective Aps. We will facilitate contact with the retailer but assume no responsibility as a result of doing so.
Neither Green-Collective Aps nor the retailer are liable for faults resulting from wear, abuse, incorrect use or assembly, inadequate maintenance, damnum fatale or any other circumstances for which you are responsible.
In the event of a fault, the retailer will offer to repair or replace the product, or ultimately offer a refund or a price reduction depending on the situation.
The retailer will cover reasonable return costs provided that the product is faulty. The costs will be covered by the retailer and the product must be returned to the retailer from whom you purchased the product.
CANCELLATION
In accordance with the Danish Consumer Contracts Act, you are entitled to cancel within 14 days.

You must notify us of your wish to cancel within 14 days by sending an e-mail to customerservice@green-collective.com
You must clearly state in this e-mail that you wish to cancel.
You cannot cancel by simply refusing to take delivery of the product without simultaneously clearly notifying us thereof.
If the product has been used you cannot cancel and may, if necessary, be obligated to pay depreciation costs.
You must return the order within 14 days of having notified us of your wish to cancel.
We will provide you with a return label at your expense. The return shipping label will be deducted from your original purchase.
You must include your name, address, and order number with your return so that we can identify it.
REFUNDS IN CONNECTION WITH CANCELLATION
We will refund you the purchase and the delivery costs associated with the order within 14 days of receiving notification of your wish to cancel.
The refund will be credited to the same method of payment that was used to place the order, i.e., if you paid by card, the purchase sum will be refunded to the card you used when placing the order.
NOTE: If your order contains several products and you wish to cancel only part of the order, we will not refund any delivery costs.
If you have chosen a delivery method that is more expensive than the cheapest option that we offer, we will not refund the difference.
We may withhold the refund until we have received your return, unless you are able to present proof of having returned the order before this time.
RETURNING YOUR ORDER
Any returns, warranty returns, or cancellation returns must be sent to the retailer who sent you the order. Once you have requested a return, we will forward you a return label at your own expense.
Parcels sent cash on delivery will not be accepted.
When making a return you must ensure that the product is packaged properly. You must also include a copy of the order confirmation.
You are responsible for the product from the time that it is delivered to you and until the retailer receives the return.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND PRODUCT LIABILITY
Color nuances, minor details, appearance variations, natural characteristics and similar depicted in product images may differ from those in the actual products. Product images on the website should be considered indicative as to appearance of the actual product.
Green-Collective Aps and its retailers do not assume any liability for minor deviations from the product images, and you are not entitled to make any claims for faults on the basis of such minor deviations.
The retailer’s (and, in exceptional cases, Green-Collective Aps’s) liability for damages is governed by the general stipulations contained in Danish law. In no circumstances, including in the event of order delays or faults, is the above liable for your operational losses, loss of earnings, loss of profit or any other indirect losses, including losses resulting from legal matters between yourself and any third parties.
Product liability is governed by the stipulations contained in Danish law applicable at any one time.
Green-Collective Aps and its retailers are not liable for damages to commercially used items caused by order defects.
Green-Collective Aps and its retailers’ total liability toward you for material damages can never exceed a sum corresponding to that which you paid the retailer for the order.
FORCE MAJEURE
Green-Collective Aps and its retailers shall not be liable for circumstances that arise without any fault on their part that are outside of their control and that they could not have been expected to take into account at the time of the order. This includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters; war; revolutions and unrest; strikes; lockouts; government action, including in relation to public health crises such as epidemics and pandemics; labor disputes; vandalism; machinery breakdowns or machinery or plant closures; fire damage; scarcity of goods; missed or delayed deliveries from suppliers; import or export bans; shortage of transport options; or similar, that inhibit or materially obstruct the fulfilment of an order or delivery to the delivery point.
In the event of such circumstances, the retailer shall be entitled to defer fulfilment of the order until such time as the obstacle ceases to exist, or alternatively to cancel the order in full or in part.
COMPLAINTS PROCESSES, DISPUTES AND MESSAGES
Complaints against Green-Collective Aps or its retailers shall be submitted to Center for Klageløsning, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, DK-8800 Viborg, Denmark.
You may also submit complaints to Center for Klageløsning via the Complaints portal for Nævnenes Hus.
If you are a consumer resident in another EU country, you may submit your complaint via the EU Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform.

Any disputes between the parties will be settled by the regular Danish courts based on Danish law.
